We ship in the U.S.

Shipping and Billing information must match for Verification purposes. Billing addresses must also match what the card issuing bank has on file for the order to process successfully (effective 12/1/2021).
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (Express 2-3 business days) from the receipt of payment verification.
You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays or misrouted packages caused by the courier/postal service.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND selecting a shipping option that requires a signature as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. If an address error is made please email RUGGERO CLOTHING CO. at ruggeroclothing@gmail.com (please include your name & order number) within 2 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
