All sales are final.

We only accept exchanges if the incorrect item, color or size was shipped by our Shipping Agent.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, (exceptions above must be met) you must first notify us via email at ruggeroclothing@gmail.com (please include your name & order number) within 24 hours of the delivery date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly. You must then return the product, with original tags attached, within 48 hours of email communication to receive replacement. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price once return is received.

Undeliverable Items: If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services and returned to us as the sender, all items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
